This 3 day course is designed to prepare anyone who is committed to earning their FAA Remote Pilot Certificate to take the FAA Part 107 exam with an excellent probability of passing. Plus it includes a focused six-hour drone flight training agenda to give students a solid introduction to professional, safe, and legal drone piloting and mission management. The course is presented in the Denver, Colorado, “Tech Center” area, southeast of the city.
Our students will receive 2 days of classroom instruction and directions on how to reserve a seat at a nearby FAA test center to take the Part 107 drone knowledge exam on the next day or any future day. Then they will get an afternoon and morning of flight instruction on our drones. After they pass the exam, students will be eligible to apply to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for their Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Course graduates will also receive an Aeon Academy certificate of completion.
Upon enrollment, students will receive an enrollment confirmation. Shortly thereafter, they will receive an email with full course instructions and a list of nearby hotels. The one day Drone Flight Introduction portion of the class will generally be scheduled on both the afternoon of the third day and a future morning that is convenient to students*.
Aeon Academy's commitment to student success includes our "Test Success Promise:" If you take the Part 107 knowledge exam within 7 days of completing the classroom course and don't pass, we will pay your $160 FAA exam fee to retake the exam within 30 days of your first exam.
